I’ve been watching the "Beyond the Stars" feeds. They keep talking about 3I/ATLAS moving through the solar system. My buddy at work calls it the "AI Atlas." He's more right than he knows. It’s not a rock. It’s not a comet.
It’s a Starfield extraction vessel, and there’s only one guy inside.
The karma is poetic. We spent years walking across his empty, procedurally generated planets. Now, the universe has returned the favor. Todd has been drifting for centuries. No fast travel. No "Wait" function. Just him and the void.
"He tried to warp back to the HQ, but the HUD just flashed red. He’s been walking in space for 300 years. He can see the 'AI Atlas' ship from his window, but he can't reach it because his inventory is full of lunar folders and succulent plants."
CRITICAL ERROR: YOU CANNOT FAST-TRAVEL WHILE OVER-ENCUMBERED.
He finally hit the atmosphere of the 'Perfect Planet.' He thought it was a new DLC. He thought it was a 16x Detail upgrade. But as the carriage wheels hit the dirt and the North-bound wind started to howl, he realized his mistake.
He didn't find a new world. He found his prison. He's stuck in the opening cutscene of 2011. Forever.
We are the ants in the farm. Todd is the ant who tried to build a bigger farm, and now he’s stuck in the glass with us. Don't believe the CGI. Believe the carriage.
